Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. E&D Custom Designs is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses.

Most products are available for shipping. Wood Solar Light Posts are currently not available for standard shipping. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange pickup or discuss available delivery options.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
